XER Timeline Builder

Builds a one-page project timeline PDF from an XER schedule export: summary bars per WBS phase, milestone callouts, elapsed shading and a print-style header and footer — all configurable in the sidebar, with a live preview. The page layout it produces:

Before you start: this app runs entirely in your browser. Clicking Initialise downloads the Python runtime and PDF components (~15 MB) from cdn.jsdelivr.net, pypi.org and files.pythonhosted.org — an internet connection is required and access to those hosts must not be blocked by a proxy or firewall. The download happens once and is cached by the browser. Afterwards no further network connection is made — your schedule files are processed locally and never leave this machine.
First initialisation can take up to a minute; later starts are much faster (browser cache).
